Order Processing
Every Wildroot order is prepared fresh in small batches — we don't stock pre-made inventory. This means your products are made with the care they deserve, but it also means orders take a little longer to ship.
Processing time: 2–3 business days from the moment you order. We'll send you a shipping notification as soon as your batch is ready to go.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
5–7 business days from processing. Great for when you're stocked up and can wait a bit.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days from processing. Perfect for when you're running low and need your favorites fast.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We ship within the continental US.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened & Unused
If a product arrives unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Just reach out via our contact form with your order details, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Opened Items
Because Wildroot products are all-natural, handmade, and preservative-minimal, we can't accept opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. That said, if you're experiencing an issue with a product you've opened — it doesn't perform as expected, or there's something off — please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact form. We'll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right. Use our contact form to let us know, and include your order number and a photo if possible. We'll respond promptly with a replacement or refund — whichever works best for you.
